Privacy and data

Every adult has their own account. One account cannot read another account's records unless a vehicle is explicitly shared. Data is held in encrypted cloud storage with row-level access rules enforced by the database itself.

What is stored

  • Your name and sign-in email address
  • Vehicle registration, friendly name and MOT expiry date
  • Appointment date, centre and a masked booking reference (last three characters only)
  • The availability rules you set and your monitoring schedule
  • Simulated slots, match candidates and rebooking attempts

What is never stored

  • Card or payment details
  • Mailbox passwords or the contents of your email
  • Vehicle identification numbers
  • One-time authentication codes

No mailbox permission is requested in this build.

Sharing

Vehicles are private by default. Sharing a vehicle with another household member is an explicit action, and can be withdrawn at any time.

Deleting your data

You can erase your records or delete your account entirely from the Privacy screen once signed in. Deletion removes your vehicles, appointments, preferences and simulated history.

Simulation notice

Availability, matching and rebooking in this build are produced by an internal simulation engine. No external booking service is contacted and no real appointment is changed.
