Questions

What does MOT My Way actually do?
Today, you can keep vehicles, MOT expiry dates, current bookings and appointment preferences together in My Garage. Automatic appointment monitoring and rebooking are coming soon.
Does it only look for earlier dates?
You can save whether a better centre, date or time matters and when you could attend. These preferences will support future appointment help.
Is it working with the DVA today?
No. Automatic DVA appointment monitoring and rebooking are clearly marked Coming soon and are not active today.
What do you keep?
Your booking details and your rules, private to your account. Your booking reference is masked in the app, and you can delete everything at any time.
